Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

Software Products

Licensed software products may be eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase if the product fails to meet documented specifications. Refund requests must include detailed documentation of issues encountered.

Consulting Services

Consulting fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. However, unused portions of prepaid consulting hours may be refunded at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Subscription Services

Subscription-based services may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for unused subscription periods will be prorated and processed within 30 business days of cancellation notice.

Processing Timeline

We strive to process all return and refund requests promptly:

  • Review Period: All requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
  • Approval Notification: Clients receive written confirmation of approval or denial
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 15-30 business days
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom research and analysis already delivered
  • Proprietary data and research reports once accessed
  • Training sessions and workshops already conducted
  • Third-party services or licenses procured on behalf of clients
  • Setup fees and implementation costs

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  3. Clearly state the reason for your return or refund request
  4. Include any supporting documentation or evidence
  5. Await confirmation and further instructions from our team

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your return or refund request, we offer the following dispute resolution process:

  • Participate in mediation if mutually agreed upon
  • Pursue arbitration as outlined in your service agreement
